Terms & Conditions:
- Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for parcels once they
have been passed on to our various carriers, Undelivered parcels will not be returned to cheesesdirect, However we can track the parcel
for you and advise you of the consignment number and a telephone number to
contact your local depot.
- Your goods will be invoiced at the price advertised on the day of
dispatch. Whilst every effort is made to maintain up to date price lists,
Cheeses Direct has the right to alter prices without advance notice.
- The goods will remain the property of Cheeses Direct until you have paid
in full. If you pay by cheque, the goods will not be dispatched until the
cheque has cleared. You should allow at least five working days for a cheque
to clear.
- You must tell Cheeses Direct about any fault or problem with the goods on
the day you receive them. You must return faulty goods to Cheeses Direct or
make them available for us to inspect.
- As some cheeses are seasonal, made on a very small scale, or ripen at
different rates, Cheeses Direct has the right to replace products that are
not available with the closest equivalent products.
