The Shorrock Family have been making Lancashire Cheese at Newhouse Farm for 4 generations, they still follow methods and recipes handed down through the generations, all the cheeses are unpasturised and are handmade.
Shorrocks have won numerous prizes through the years and were reserve champions at the Royal Lancashire Show 2004.
