delivery information
- We aim to deliver all orders within 5 working days of your order.
- If your order is a gift we will send it as quickly as possible and therefore, in the rare event of any specific cheese stock
shortage, we may substitute a cheese with a like for like replacement so as not to delay the shipment.
- If you would like to delay delivery of a gift or hamper beyond 5 working days then please state an ideal delivery date in the box provided. We will deliver as NEAR to this date as possible.
- Delivery is by courier and sent overnight from us on a guaranteed next day
delivery service. In most cases a signature is not required to acknowledge
delivery. In order to give your cheese the best chance of getting to you
in optimum condition, we highly recommend adding an alternative delivery address such as a nearby neighbour if you are not going to be in.
- Delivery is only on working days therefore we ship orders from Monday to Thursday to arrive Tuesday to Friday.
- Please note that certain parts of the British Isles including the Islands and the Scottish Highlands are harder to get to and
therefore increase the chance of longer delivery times.
- Our delivery times are for guidance and are not a guarantee. We cannot take responsibility for length of delivery time once an
item is despatched from us to our carrier. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels once they have been passed onto our carrier,
and undelivered parcels will not be returned to Cheeses Direct. We can however track a parcel for you and advise of a consignment number
and telephone number to contact your local depot.
- Our products will be despatched overnight for next day delivery via our courier, Eurotran Despatch Limited or via Royal Mail
1st Class Post. Please note the standard delivery charge listed below will be added to all orders, we cannot offer reduced postage for
small orders. Postage & packing prices include VAT.
England (mainland) Wales & parts of Scotland (EH, G, DG, FK,ML, TD & DD) - £6.99
Scottish Highlands (1-3 days) & Isle of Wight (PO 30-41) - £17.50
Scottish offshore (2 days), Isle of Man, Channel Isles - £30.00
Northern Ireland & Eire (2-3 days) - £32.50
- Sadly we cannot deliver to anyone outside the UK & Eire because we do not deliver overseas yet. Please

to deliver to PO Boxes.
